The ‘Before’ – A Blank Canvas
The ‘before’ picture shows a classic new-construction scenario. The space is vast and well-lit, but the floor is unfinished raw concrete. There are visible imperfections, dust, and standard debris that naturally occur during construction. While functional, it lacked any character.

We spent days meticulous grinding the concrete slab, repairing any minor surface cracks, and using shot blasting to ensure the perfect surface profile. The Artistry
Once the prep was complete, we moved into the application phase. For this high-end residential space, we selected a multi-step metallic epoxy system, designed to mimic the appearance of high-grade marble or flowing mercury.
The process involves a black base coat, followed by clear metallic resins infused with pigments (whites and greys in this case). While still fluid, our skilled technicians manipulated the metallics to create organic, swirling patterns, eddies, and subtle transitions, ensuring that no two square feet of the floor look the same. We framed the entire artistic center with a contrasting solid black border for definition.

The result is a dramatic visual shift. The space, captured from a reversed perspective to show the flow, is now anchorless by an artistic floor that flows like liquid marble.
