Repairing, grinding and polishing Bottle King, East Windsor, NJ
This floor was in extremely bad shape, with 5 different slabs many concrete patches and divots etc. Shot Blast Inc. completely repaired the concrete floor and left a polished concrete finish that will last for years. Expansion Joints were cut out and filled with a special PolyUrea joint material. The surface was ground from 20 grit Metal bond diamonds up through 800 grit resin bond diamonds, the surface was chemically densified to harden the surface and two coats of a penetrating guard product to seal off the polished surface, then burnished.
